Commercial Account Handler/Broker Vacancy
We are seeking to recruit an individual who it committed, enthusiastic and has a confidence that has grown through previous experience as a Commercial Account Handler.
You must possess drive, enthusiasm and determination and want to be part of an exciting growing Chartered independent Insurance Broker that offers a client focused service and a supportive working environment.
Working with minimal supervision you will work with existing and new Commercial clients providing a full broking service, supporting Account Executives and Directors to achieve client retention and growth.
Through regular dialogue you will understand your client requirements in order to provide high quality advice at inception, renewal and during the lifetime of the policy on adjustments, amendments and other queries that may arise.
You will also form strong market connections with underwriters and insurance companies to negotiate policy terms.
- Technically strong in understanding a broad range of Commercial insurance products.
- Established track record of excellent client service and retention.
- Ability to find solutions and think creatively
- Strong communication, negotiation and client facing skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Professional business-like approach
- Excellent written & IT skills
